Emulsion Bitumen

Description

Emulsion Bitumen is a Binding material consisting of Water and Bitumen. The emulsion is a dispersed system with particles of bitumen dispersed in water. The main task is to keep bitumen microparticles from coalescing which maintains the physicochemical properties of the emulsion and its quality this stability is achieved with special emulsifiers. Bitumen Emulsions are transportable easily stored materials they are kept in storage warehouses in cylindrical containers at plus temperatures for up to several months, without losing their properties, emulsifiers are supplied at exact doses, since they strongly affect the characteristics of the finished product.
Emulsion Bitumen is classified according to the Speed with which they break when contacted with aggregate.

Packing
  • 220, 230, 240(Liter) new steel drum .
  • Bulk; Transit cargo and Flexi Tank.
  • IBC 1000(Liter) material new.
  • Gallon 20 Liters.
Application

Emulsion bitumen application is a technique that involves the use of an emulsion of bitumen and water to create a thin, durable layer of bitumen on a surface. Bitumen is a viscous, black, tar-like substance that is commonly used in road construction, roofing, and other applications.

The emulsion is created by mixing bitumen with water and an emulsifying agent. The resulting mixture is a stable, homogeneous liquid that can be easily applied to a surface using a sprayer. During application, the emulsion is sprayed onto the surface in a thin layer, which quickly dries and forms a water-resistant and durable seal.

Emulsion bitumen application is commonly used in road construction and maintenance, as it provides an effective and cost-efficient way to protect asphalt surfaces from water damage, wear and tear, and UV radiation. It is also used in a range of other applications, including roofing, waterproofing, and sealing of industrial surfaces.

Overall, emulsion bitumen application is a versatile and reliable technique that provides an effective way to protect surfaces from damage and extend their lifespan.
